Confirmations, Cancellations & Guarentee

Confirmations of registrations are sent via email withinseven days of receipt in our office.  If you have not received a confirmationwithin 10 days of program, please call our office at 615-852-1194 or email usat info@tn-nadd.org to verify registration. 

Cancellations received at least five working days beforethe seminar are refundable less a $15 administrative charge perregistrant.  There is no refund forcancellations received later. Please note that if you register and do notattend, you are still liable for full payment. 

Substitutions may be made any time. The expense ofcontinuing education, when taken to maintain and improve professional skills,may be tax deductible.  Please contactyour accountant for complete details.  Ifyou do not receive the professional or business benefits described in ourliterature, or have some other professional complaint, please let us know inwriting within seven days.
