Last day to book at the conference rate: Monday, July 11, 2022. Once the cut-off date of Monday, July 11, 2022 has been reached, any unused rooms in the block will be released and the reservation link will no longer be active. The contracted rate is $149/night plus tax for exterior rooms and $159/night plus tax for interior rooms.

Reservation Link – 2 ways to reserve a room: 

1) Call the hotel directly –  A group block is set up in the system. Attendees may now call the Inn at Opryland Reservations Center at 1-800-901-4211 and mention TN-NADD Room Block to reserve a room at the group rate.

2) Use the reservation link – A reservation link has also been created. If you click on the link below it will take you to the special group rate on the Inn at Opryland webpage. The reservation link allows you to book rooms over the dates of Tuesday, August 9, 2022 thru Saturday, August 13, 2022 (check-out on Sunday, August 14, 2022).

Pre & Post Contracted Nights: once the attendees click on the link Book your group rate for TN-NADD-TN Chapter of the Natl Assoc of Dual Diagnosis, Inn at Opryland: Aug 11, 2022

The link gives the option to book a room for 2 days pre & post conference (8/09, 8/10, 8/12 & 8/13), and the main contracted night (8/11). If a guest receives a sold out message please let the front desk as one of the pre/post nights might be sold out. They will look at adding more rooms to the block based on the hotel’s availability.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required at the time of reservation in order to hold the room. The hotel does NOT charge a deposit.

The cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit 1 night Room & Tax
